Policies
Cancellations / Reschedules less than 24 hours are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the booked appointment.
We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals; following the grace period, we may not be able to accommodate the appointment, and the client remains liable for the time held for the service(s) booked.
All service adjustments must be performed within 1 week of initial appointment or additional charges may be applied.
